Chinnie Ukachukwu, MPH

Chinnie is a passionate Public Health Professional with about two decades of progressive leadership experience in healthcare. She comes with a proven track record of accomplishments in health education, health promotion, community health, and health equity. In addition to a Master of Public Health degree from Southern New Hampshire University, she has almost a decade of results-oriented practical experiences working with statewide and national agencies to implement evidence-based practices grounded in quality improvement principles across different populations.

She is currently the Senior Director of Quality Improvement and Equity at the National Minority Quality Forum’s Center for Sustainable Health Care Quality and Equity (SHC). In her role, she ensures the engagement and implementation of education projects for clinical teams and community leaders to improve health awareness, and address health disparities in diverse and underserved populations across the country. Her programs include the Faith Health Alliance, Community Pharmacist Ambassadors program, and the DRIVE programs which she co-leads.

Before joining the SHC team, Chinnie was the chronic disease manager at MetroHealth where she coordinated health activities to close care gaps for patients in different disease states including diabetes, HIV, etc. She also created the Let’s Get Moving program: an evidence-based lifestyle change program focused on reducing adult obesity in partnership with the DC Department of Health where 60% of participants lost at least 10lbs in 12 months.

Chinnie is a wife and mom to three wonderful kids- Ryan, Nuria and Dinachi whom she enjoys traveling and spending time with.

Joe Samuel Ratliff Lifelong Learning Center (LLC)

Augusta Green, IV, is the Director of the Joe Samuel Ratliff Lifelong Learning Center (LLC). He is a native Houstonian, Augusta’s education includes a Master’s of Science in Leadership, from the Grand Canyon University Ken Blanchard College of Business.

As Director of the LLC, Mr. Green and his staff of seven are responsible for balancing the schedule of events on the Brentwood Campus. His dedication to excellence and his passion for flare are the ingredients that have help the LLC Building become another thriving community beacon to the Brentwood Baptist Church campus. He is the facilitator for the Book Club, Catering, LOVE Ministry, Scheduling, The Cancer Support Ministry, Senior Adult Ministry and the Wellness Ministry.

In addition to his work at Brentwood Baptist Church, he is also the Chairperson of the Brentwood Community Foundation Scholarship Committee, a board member of the NBLIC (National Black Leadership Initiative on Cancer and the RCMA (Religious Conference Management Assoc.)

Marcia is a seasoned program director with strong expertise in crafting and executing organizational strategies. Her profound knowledge and experience in leading new initiatives in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia stem from her personal journey as a caregiver to her mother who battled Alzheimer’s.

This life-altering experience inspired her to shift her career focus towards supporting People Living with Dementia, their caregivers as well as caregiver services, where she dedicates her expertise, passion, and efforts. She is committed to driving success and continuous improvement in services for those afflicted with AD/D and those who care for them.
