UK Dementia and Palliative Care Conference 2024 | Rowcroft Hospice [Video]

This video showcases highlights from Rowcroft’s UK Dementia and Palliative Care Conference as the hospice drives the agenda for enhanced dementia and palliative care support in Devon.

The conference was held at Buckfast Abbey in Devon at the end of March 2024 and bought together experts and delegates to share invaluable insights and expertise whilst emphasising the vital role of palliative care in enhancing the quality of life for those living with dementia.

Dementia is the leading cause of death in the UK and Rowcroft recognises its profound impact on the local community.
