Two Pulse massacre survivors, Luis Ruiz and Angel Colon, now identified as “ex-gays,” have started a conversion therapy organization, Fearless Identity. They aim to help LGBTQ+ individuals and the parents of queer children in “seeking the option to change.”. The two founders shared their journeys in a recent blog post for Liberty Counsel and are apparently receiving praise for “leaving the homosexual lifestyle.” Every major health organization in world has said gay conversion therapy fails and is dangerous.
