Stabbing at care facility leads to Attempted murder charge [Video]

A suspect is in custody after allegedly stabbing his roommate at an assisted living facility, in the Upstate. The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Midway Residential Care facility in Moore, Tuesday night.

The victim told deputies that his roommate tried to assault him with a sharp object after an argument. Deputies said the victim had over a dozen cuts on his body from the attack. The suspect, Anthony Villanueva was then arrested for attempted murder.
