Why do we need caring-for-the-caregiver time if we just sit at home all the time and don’t do anything? We get questions like this frequently, and the truth is that yes, we work from home, but we DO work and we have jobs that are more than full time, in addition to caregiving. We also have depression, and making ourselves get out of the house and doing things we enjoy to take care of ourselves and our mental health is vital.
