Heritage Communities proudly offers our signature programming, Portraits, for residents living with mild cognitive impairment and dementia, adding purpose and meaning to their lives.
Our goal is for memory care residents to be as independent as possible, have a meaningful place in their community, build a positive self-esteem and have opportunities to contribute to their environment.

Portraits features a personalized activity guide developed to help memory care residents succeed with everyday activities that are best suited to their abilities, interests and needs.
