Police say missing Lancaster County woman has Alzheimer’s disease [Video]

Carlota Arauz, 75, was last seen walking east on King Street from Broad Street, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.

LANCASTER, Pa. — Police are searching for a missing woman who may be endangered.

Carlota Arauz, 75, was reported missing at 8:30 p.m. yesterday by family members, according to officers. She is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.

Lancaster Safety Coalition cameras last captured Arauz walking east on King Street from Broad Street, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.

Officers say she is believed to be wearing a blue shirt and jeans.

Anyone who knows of Arauz’s whereabouts is asked to contact the police station immediately by calling 717-735-3300.
