Newton display for hostages taken by Hamas rededicated after vandalism [Video]

Hundreds of people gathered outside a Massachusetts home Sunday to rededicate a display that pays tribute to those taken hostage by Hamas during the militant group’s October 2023 incursion into Israel.Newton couple Jeff and Miriam Kosowsky set up 110 feet of boards along fence posts on their Homer Street property and put up posters featuring the faces of more than 100 hostages on that board.The Kosowskys said the tribute to the hostages became a spot for people to meditate and pray for the hostages’ release, but their display was vandalized last month, as the faces and names of those hostages were tagged with black spray paint.”This is not just a remote issue.
