Longtime Boston Tex-Mex restaurant shutting down after 35 incredible years [Video]

A longtime Tex-Mex restaurant in the heart of Boston is closing after more than three decades.

Fajitas & ‘Ritas, located at 25 West St. in Boston, said on Facebook Tuesday that the restaurant’s last day of service will be on Saturday, July 13.

“After 35 incredible years, Fajitas & ‘Ritas will be closing its doors,” the post reads. “We want to thank all our amazing customers for the support and memories we’ve shared over the years. Join us in early July to celebrate and savor your favorite Tex-Mex dishes and margaritas one last time. Let’s make these final days unforgettable!”

Established in 1989, Fajitas & Ritas features Texas and barbecue cuisine with offerings such as fajitas, wings, pulled pork, nachos, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, margaritas and more.
