Jennie Garth Says Body Image Is a ‘Roller Coaster’ [Video]

Jennie Garth is sharing what she does when she’s struggling with the “roller coaster” of body image.

During the May 29 episode of her I Choose Me with Jennie Garth podcast, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, was joined by licensed therapist Adele House who asked her what moment pushed her to dial in on her nutrition and exercise regimens.

“I have gone through ups and downs with my diet, with my body, my body image,” she explained. “It has been like a roller coaster for me, especially being in the spotlight sometimes and having to look a certain way and having people really critique things that they shouldn’t be critiquing.” 

Garth admitted she sometimes feels low about her appearance and it can be challenging to pick herself back up.
