Impact Group top out structure for 45 seniors living units in Sydney’s southwest [Video]

Specialist village and aged care project management and building compliance consultancy, Impact Group, topped out the structure for 45 Seniors Living Units in the Homes NSW development. 

NSW Government has been redeveloping Rosemeadow Estate into a contemporary mixed community of private dwellings and social housing, 56km southwest of Sydney’s CBD. 

The redevelopment of the Housing Commission estate sees 240 new lots and housing, with up to 30% of homes for people in need. The redevelopment of stages 1 and 2 was completed in 2016 and delivered 89 dwellings, including 28 homes for social housing tenants.
