Greater Clevelanders wont buy into push for modular homes without details [Video]

The Kris Harsh guest column on providing modular homes and jobs to Northeast Ohio residents brings up many good points (“Modular home industry could provide valuable jobs for Greater Cleveland,” June 21). I agree we should support this effort wholeheartedly.

But when I think of modular homes, the only thing that comes to mind are “trailer parks,” which I do not believe is what the author is referring to here. Perhaps more information to the general public in the way of what, exactly, are modular homes; various models showing what the possibility of modular homes could be for the community; or a vision of what a modular-home community might look like might be beneficial if the author wishes to gain momentum and greater support for the possibilities for modular homes and the modular-home community in Northeast Ohio.
