If you have a little one, is their car seat or booster seat installed correctly?
If you’re not sure, you can stop by the Anchorage Fire Department Training Center on Thursday.
Safe Kids Alaska is partnering with AFD and State Farm to offer free car seat checkups.
“We try to learn, demonstrate the skill ourselves and educate the caregiver. We want the care giver to be able to do this tomorrow, next week or next month,” explained Ryan Sharr with the Anchorage Fire Department.
No appointments are necessary. Just stop by the AFD Training Center on Thursday between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
