SAN ANGELO, Texas — Disaster has struck again in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
As FOX West Texas reported on Tuesday, July 9, evacuation orders were issued again,this time for serious flooding.
This happened just a month after devastating wildfires swept through the area.
TODAY Fox West Texas spoke to a family that witnessed the devastation as it happened. And they say it happened fast.
