On Monday, Buckingham Palace confirmed the 73-year-old royal’s injuries and stated she remains at Southmead Hospital in Bristol for observation. The Palace added that she is expected to make a full and swift recovery, and King Charles, along with the Royal Family, sends their best wishes for her recovery.

Reports suggest horses were nearby during the incident, and Anne’s injuries are consistent with being struck by a horse’s leg or hoof.
