Christinas House hosts Fun Field Day held in Springfield [Video]

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, ‘Christina’s House’ hosted their ‘Fun Field Day’ event at the High School of Commerce in Springfield.

Mayor Domenic Sarno was in attendance, with the goal of the event being to help get kids and families moving and having fun.

It featured face painting, music, arts and crafts, and plenty of other fun activities.

The mission of Christina’s House is to make a multi-generational impact on homeless women and children, and was established to meet the needs of homeless mothers and their children.
