NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — A teen boy died on Thursday after he was found unconscious at a Harlem park two days earlier, authorities said.

Just before midnight on June 18, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious person near Jackie Robinson Park at West 149th Street and Bradhurst Avenue.

Upon arrival officers observed 16-year-old Tresaun Clements unconscious and unresponsive.
