Blood Tests can detect Dementia 15 years sooner

Dementia is a group of neurological conditions that cause severe loss of memory, language, and other thinking abilities that are severe enough to disrupt our daily lives. Around 5.0 million old-age adults were suffering from dementia in 2014 and projected to be nearly 14 million by 2060. Dementia can affect our memory, thinking, language, judgment, and behavior ability. There is no known cure for this condition, but efforts are being made to find effective treatments and preventive measures. A recent study found that minute differences in the levels of specific proteins in the blood may be early warning signs of dementia.
