OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a 17-year-old they say is armed and dangerous.
Authorities say Aden Asburn was among four people causing a disturbance in the parking lot of Elkhorn North High School on Monday. Deputies responding to a “shots fired” call there said they found several spent handgun casings but no signs of any physical injuries.
Anyone with information about Aden’s whereabouts is asked to call the DCSO tip line at 402-444-6000.
“Although a juvenile, recent escalating criminal activity is a major community concern,” the release states.
Witnesses told DCSO that about 100 young adults had been loitering in the parking lot, and that at least one fight broke out between two males there.
