Apollo Care buys The Bays Aged Care on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula with a promise [Video]

Aged care bed numbers will be boosted and services enhanced as the business without a head office continues to grow and save regional residential aged care homes from closure.

The 90-bed aged care facility in Hastings, a town 68km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, will become Apollo’s second aged care home in Victoria. The provider currently owns and operates six aged care facilities in NSW and four in Queensland after being founded in 2017.

“We respect the people and organisations who have taken on the role of caring for our vulnerable seniors in the past, and we will honour their legacy as we look to the future,” CEO Stephen Becsi, who spoke at LEADERS SUMMIT 2024 (see video below), said.
