LEBANON, Ore. – Lebanon planning officials recently approved an application to turn an open pasture into a site with over 100 single family homes, but nearby residents are raising concerns about the project.
The site sits off Crowfoot Road between Hillview Drive and Central Avenue in Lebanon. Brian Messmer has lived in the area his whole life, and directly across from the lot since 2007. Word of the project left him with mixed feelings.
