2024 Frans Fans dedicated to Mike Boswell; t-shirts on sale to benefit local seniors [Video]

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – This year’s Fran’s Fans is dedicated to Mike Boswell, a Brunswick County realtor who encouraged efforts to get hundreds of fans donated to the program.

Boswell was honored with a celebration of life in Southport last week, and he died back in November of 2023 after a two-year battle with cancer.

Before he passed away, he put together the Boswell’s Breeze fundraiser, where you can order an official Brunswick County Association of Realtors Cares t-shirt for $25 with 100 percent of the profits going towards buying fans for Fran’s Fans.

Boswell has been supporting the fundraiser for a couple of years now.
