Discover the power of mindfulness in managing anxiety and enhancing emotional well-being. This video will guide you through the transformative effects of mindfulness practices that not only alleviate anxiety but also help in processing emotions like sadness and silencing negative self-talk. Unlike medications, mindfulness, particularly when combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), offers a long-term, side-effect-free solution to anxiety and depression.

Hello there, I’m Stephanie, your guide on this wellness journey! Like you I wear many hats – I’m an organizational psychologist, health and wellness coach, author, teacher, scuba diver, and ballroom dancer.

My greatest passion? Embracing the beauty of life, spreading joy, and empowering others to do the same.

Whether it’s through personalized coaching, engaging group events, or online programs like this, I’ve devoted my life to helping individuals and organizations across the globe enhance their well-being and productivity. My secret? A blend of science, psychology, and sociology, because let’s face it, these three elements shape our everyday lives.

So, why did I create this course? I wanted to offer a comprehensive, high-quality platform that’s accessible anywhere, anytime. My goal is to furnish you with the tools, training, and skills needed to reach your full potential. I’ve worked with clients from various corners of the world, and I aim to uplift as many lives as possible, even when I’m no longer around.

Life can often feel like a lonely, fearful, and challenging place. We all crave authentic connections and love. So the question is, how do we get there? That’s where I come in. I’ll show you how to live authentically, make the most of your time, and open yourself up to love.
My journey towards wellness was a personal and, at times, terrifying one. As a young mother expecting another baby, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. Despite appearing healthy, my body was crumbling from the inside, and I was running out of time faster than I’d ever imagined. I was faced with grim options: a life cut short, a daily cocktail of medications, or surgical intervention.

Unwilling to accept this fate, I embarked on a mission to reclaim my health. Contrary to what I was told, I discovered that our dietary habits play a pivotal role in our overall health. I learned how to live differently, embracing a new lifestyle that focused on simple, affordable, and time-efficient habits.

I assure you, you don’t need to upend your entire life or strive for perfection. Just a sprinkle of effort towards the recommended “bolster up” method yields a wealth of benefits. Attaining good health and happiness is within your grasp, regardless of where you are or what season of life you’re in.

Fast forward to today, almost 20 years later, I’m here, healthy, and ready to share this life-saving information with you. I’ve put in the hard work, time, money, and trial and error, so you don’t have to. Remember, anything you can envision can become your reality.
Take a moment to let that sink in. When you’re ready, I look forward to meeting you in the next lesson.
